Marketplaces & classifieds

Enterprise

Turn every listing into a lead magnet.

Content Pulse takes the listings you already have and works them: social posts, video, and search visibility, every day, without adding a single job to your team's week.

The problem

Thousands of listings, and most of them go nowhere.

Every marketplace we talk to has the same six problems. None of them are content problems. They are all distribution problems.

Your listings never leave your own site

Good stock sits on your platform and is seen only by people already looking at your platform.

Manual social posting is inconsistent

Someone posts when they have time. Most of your best listings never make it to social at all.

Low seller leads hurt retention

Sellers and agents leave when their listings do not generate enough enquiries.

Poor organic reach on social

Hand-made posts go out at the wrong time, in the wrong format, to the wrong audience.

Buyers cannot find the right listing

Search pages are thin, the long tail is invisible, and nothing is personalised.

You are paying for reach you should own

Paid budget keeps rising to cover traffic that organic and social should be bringing in for free.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs on its own.

You connect your listings once. After that the engine writes, builds, publishes and measures, and comes back with what worked.

  1. 01

    Ingest

Connect your feed, your event bus or a scheduled file. We pull in every listing and keep it current.

  2. 02

    Optimise

Each listing is written up, laid out and rendered as channel-ready creative in your brand, with the search markup that goes with it.

  3. 03

    Distribute

Posts, carousels and video go out to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X on a set cadence, and listing pages are pushed to the search engines.

  4. 04

    Analyse & improve

We read back reach, clicks and indexation, then feed that into which listings get amplified next.

What you can do

Three capabilities that change how your listings reach buyers.

Distribution, video and search. Each one runs off the same feed, so you set the inventory up once and all three benefit.

Multi-channel listing distribution

Publish property, auto and job listings to the social channels you own from one place. Images, carousels and captions are built per channel, sized per channel, and scheduled on the rhythm you set.

  • Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X
  • Per-channel formats and sizes
  • Cadence and timing you control
  • Listing selection driven by performance signals

Automated video creation

Static listing content becomes narrated video. The engine assembles the photos, the key facts and the branding into a tour clip, then renders it vertical for feeds and reels.

  • Built from the photos already in the feed
  • Vertical and square renders
  • Your colours, logo and type
  • One clip per listing, refreshed as the listing changes

Search visibility

Get listings found faster and keep the long tail alive. IndexNow and sitemap orchestration tell the search engines the moment stock changes, and structured pages give buyers and AI search engines something worth quoting.

  • IndexNow and real-time sitemaps
  • Dynamic internal linking across listing, area and editorial pages
  • Structured page enrichment and schema
  • Summaries built for AI search results

The strategy library

Five themes, already running on real inventory.

Content Pulse ships a library of listing strategy themes already running for marketplaces in Spain, Colombia, Romania, Slovakia and Kenya. Each theme is a self-contained brief — audience, channels, cadence, creative format — that runs automatically on top of your inventory.

Channel playbook

Four publishing channels, each handled in its own language.

We publish to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Same listing, four different builds — because a carousel that works on Instagram is not the post that works on LinkedIn.

Instagram

Single images, carousels and vertical video. The highest-volume surface for listing creative and the best fit for lifestyle and luxury stock.

Facebook

Round-ups, price changes and area collections. Still the widest reach for local buyers and the strongest click-through back to listing pages.

LinkedIn

Editorial, market commentary and investor-facing collections. Where agents, developers and commercial buyers actually are.

X

Fast, short posts for new stock and price drops, with a clean link straight to the listing.

Search runs alongside social.

Alongside the four social channels, Search Surge works your own pages: new stock is pushed to the search engines as it lands, long-tail pages are generated from your inventory, and internal links are rebuilt so authority flows to the listings you want found.

Not every listing, the right listing.

A catalogue of 200,000 listings cannot all be posted. The engine scores stock on freshness, price movement, view velocity and margin, then picks what goes out today. Your commercial rules sit on top, so premium placements are never cannibalised.

Example output

What a generated long-tail page looks like.

Search Surge builds pages for the searches your listing pages cannot answer. Below is the shape of one: a real market write-up, a price table built from your own inventory, and internal links into the listings behind it.

How you connect

Three paths into the engine.

The engine takes whatever you can send. Pick the route that matches your infrastructure — we write the adapter on our side.

Fastest

Option A · Event bus

Emit events as they happen.

Typical latency: Under 1 second

Your systems push listing.created, listing.updated and listing.deleted onto our bus. The engine reacts the moment the event lands, so new stock reaches search and social within minutes.

Good

  • Freshest possible content; nothing goes stale
  • Wins the race to the first Google impression
  • No polling overhead

Trade-offs

  • Needs some integration work on your side
  • Your stack has to emit events, or we help you add it

Best for: Marketplaces where time to index matters, which is most of them.

Lowest lift

Option B · Data feed

Expose a feed. We poll it.

Typical latency: 15–60 minutes

Give us a URL that returns your current inventory in JSON, XML, RSS or CSV — whatever you already have. We write the adapter and poll on the cadence that suits your catalogue size.

Good

  • Almost no new engineering; the feed usually exists already
  • Format-flexible; we handle the transformation
  • Ideal if you already run syndication feeds

Trade-offs

  • Only as fresh as your feed refresh
  • Weaker if you compete on time to index

Best for: Teams that want the most impact for the least integration effort.

Simplest

Option C · Scheduled file

Drop a file. We ingest it.

Typical latency: 1–24 hours

Drop a CSV, XLSX, JSON or Parquet to SFTP, S3 or GCS on your own schedule. We pick it up, diff it against the last version and ingest only what changed.

Good

  • No live API surface to maintain
  • Works with legacy stacks and warehouse exports
  • Easiest way to start a pilot

Trade-offs

  • Slowest of the three; latency matches your drop schedule
  • Not suitable if you need listings indexed in minutes

Best for: Pilots, test deployments and smaller catalogues on older stacks.

Format does not matter. Whatever you can send, in whatever shape, we write the adapter. Your job ends at “here is our data.”
